The SmartLogic electronic control, with platinum sensor, constantly monitors the oven's performance to ensure more precise temperature management.

REMOVABLE ONE-PIECE DRIP BOWLS
One-piece drip bowls are easy to clean in the dishwasher or sink. They are also easily removed for access to the containment wells in the subtop for easy clean-up.
CERTIFIED SABBATH MODE
Allows consumers to keep cooked foods warm on the Jewish Sabbath and Jewish holidays
